Principal broker Rob Helm, CCIM, started Helm Commercial Real Estate to focus on leasing and brokerage of commercial office properties in Madison & Dane County, Wisconsin.
Professional Experience
Rob has been a Wisconsin real estate broker since 1974, handling exclusively
commercial real estate since 1995. His work accounts for over $60 million
in commercial real estate transactions throughout the Madison metro area.
Rob also served as the regional office manager for General Electric Asset
Management, Denver, Colorado, and as regional manager for Verex Assurance
Inc. in Madison.
